Tuesday Morning Sketches 183

Happy Tuesday!  We have another great sketch for you today from Tuesday Morning Sketches.  Our sponsor this week is...

Here is our sketch:

Little Inker Designs provided us with some great stamped images to work with this week.  I chose Birthday Owl!  I am on an owl kick right now.  Can you tell?  I paired him with Basic Grey's Shine On paper pack.  It has a masculine feel without being boring.  In place of the flower in the sketch I added an arrow with a sentiment from the set on it.

Have a great day!  Stop by and leave the DT girls some love and be sure to play along for a chance to win!

Tuesday Morning Sketches 182

Hello!  Welcome to another sketch challenge from Tuesday Morning Sketches.  We have a great sponsor this week.  Our sponsor is...

Here is our sketch:

For my card, I used Doodle Pantry's freebie called Tweethouse.  I just love these cute little birdies!  My card uses Basic Grey's paper pack called Serendipity.  I flipped the sketch on its side to accommodate my image.

Be sure to check in with the rest of the DT and don't forget to play along!

Tuesday Morning Sketches 181

Surprise!  I'm back after a couple of weeks off.  My laptop computer died and it has taken me weeks to get our old desktop computer up to date.  It is still way behind, but years ahead of where it was.  I don't think it has been updated since 2006.  Unfortunately Santa did  not bring me a new Mackbook, but I did get a new iPad so I can surf the web.

Back to today's sketch.  Our sponsor this week is...

This week is also a bonus challenge week.  Our bonus challenge is TWO RIBBONS.  In order to qualify for the prize this week, you MUST complete the bonus challenge with the sketch.  Here is the sketch:

Stamp Fairy was kind enough to send us some great stamps to work with this week.  I chose these adorable little owls in the set called Funny Owls.  The cloud background was created with ink and a cloud die-cut.  I didn't like the branch hanging in the air so I attached it to a tree by cutting out lots of leaves with my Die-namics Leaves dies.  The owl's eyes are covered with Glossy Effects.  For the ribbon, I found some purple ribbon in my stash and layered it with the blue "friends" ribbon.

Have a great night, be sure to check out the rest of the DT's creations and also remember to play along for a chance to win a great prize from Stamp Fairy.
